Diana — Front Office ManagerDiana — Front Office Manager
Diana has been working in the dental field for over a decade. When she first joined our team, she was amazed at Dr. Gustavsen’s emphasis on the importance of providing world-class service to every patient. She loves the vibe and the culture of Southpoint Dental, which are so different from anywhere else she had ever worked. Diana says interacting with patients in such a positive atmosphere brings her great joy. She also enjoys helping patients get the treatments they need and feels incredibly fortunate to be part of such an exceptional dental team. Outside the office, Diana spends time with her husband, Kris, and daughter, Kallie Jo. Other interests include riding horses and operating her Southwestern Boutique.

Diane — Business ManagerDiane — Business Manager
You could say Diane has been involved in the dental world ever since meeting her future husband, Dr. Eric Gustavsen, right here at Walla Walla College where they were both students back in the 80s. Diane and Eric were married while he was still in dental school, and she took over the business office when they bought their first dental practice in northern British Columbia. Working together as a team has proved to be a great partnership for both of them, with Eric providing exceptional dental care and Diane keeping the business end running smoothly. They are so proud of the dental center they have created here in Walla Walla, as a reflection of their core values of empathy and integrity. Outside of the office, Diane enjoys cooking and spending time with their grown children.

Feliza — Certified Dental AssistantFeliza — Certified Dental Assistant
Feliza is known and appreciated for her gentle, caring spirit. She has been working in the dental field for 17 years and loves the ongoing challenge of keeping her patients comfortable and relaxed – while at the same time handling the necessary complex setups and delicate procedures. A lifelong learner, Feliza gets excited about new technologies and products, and is never happier than when she masters a new procedure! While work is her obsession, Feliza knows how to play hard, too. She and her husband, Gene, love to go fishing, dancing, and enjoy Pilipino cooking as well. If you really want to see her light up, however, just ask about her newest grandbaby!

Jeanie — Registered Dental AssistantJeanie — Registered Dental Assistant
Jeanie was born and raised in Eastern Oregon on a dryland wheat farm. Once married, they moved to the Oregon Coast, and from there to North Central Washington where their family lived for 33 years. She started dental assisting in Quincy Washington, and says she loves her work because she likes helping people to be as comfortable as possible at their appointments and enjoys using her hands. Finally, in 2019, the pull of family in the Walla Walla Valley won out, and Jeanie and her husband decided to move closer to their son, daughter-in-law, and (most importantly) 2 grandsons living here. Outside of the office, Jeanie enjoys meeting new people, cake decorating & baking, country living, and friends & family. Quincy’s loss was our gain – we are so lucky to have Jeanie as a part of our team!
